Cat Lovers Rejoice
All of our apartment buildings warmly welcome cats, creating a comfortable and pet-friendly environment for you and your feline companions. For cat owners, there’s a one-time $100 pet fee and a monthly pet rent of $10 per cat.
Dog-Friendly Apartments
For dog lovers, we have three apartment buildings that are designated as dog-friendly. Depending on your dog’s weight, you’ll find suitable accommodations:
- Dogs weighing 0-25lbs: A one-time $200 pet fee and a monthly pet rent of $20 per dog.
- Dogs weighing 26-50lbs: A one-time $400 pet fee and a monthly pet rent of $20 per dog.
A Note on Aggressive Breeds
While we embrace most dogs in our pet-friendly buildings, regrettably, we do not permit aggressive breeds in our community. Your pet’s safety and the well-being of all residents are of utmost importance to us.
Supporting Emotional Well-being with Emotional Support Pets
At Sun Bay Apartments, we understand the essential role emotional support pets play in promoting emotional well-being. That’s why we wholeheartedly welcome emotional support animals as a part of our pet-friendly community.
